What happened
Phoenix Star rose from 96.25 to 98.0. 100 Power Hot and Burning Hot each rose from 96.45 to 98.0. RTP Index recorded changes on four games at STAKE, and these were the three largest. All three reported values moved up; none moved down.
RTP Index reads the values shown in STAKE’s own lobby before a game session starts, as Brazilian gambling rules require. We save each reading with the raw response that supplied it. When a value changes, we add a new observation instead of replacing the earlier one.
These figures reflect what STAKE published when we checked. We do not know why the values changed.

Open STAKE’s Brazil lobby before starting a session and search for the named game. Find the RTP value displayed there, then compare it with the matching RTP Index observation.
Each observation includes the game title, the recorded time and the raw response from the lobby. Those details let readers check the historical reading rather than relying on the current display.
Look for later observations under the same title. Our record keeps earlier readings available, so a reader can see whether the published value changed after the original check.
What the RTP Index newsroom thinks
Brazil’s rule requiring RTP publication before play is worth enforcing. Players should be able to see a game’s stated setting before deciding whether to start a session.
The rule is more useful when past displays remain checkable. A current lobby value tells players what is shown now, while preserved observations show whether that published value has changed.
We think operators should make the field easy to find and regulators should expect a clear pre-session display. That gives players a practical fact to check at the point of choice.
